Responsibilities:
1. Formulate and implement the company's production plan to ensure that production tasks are completed on time and meet the quality standards required by customers and the company;
2, guide and coordinate the activities in the production process, including production scheduling, material procurement, manufacturing, quality control, inventory management, etc;
3. Supervise all aspects of the production process, monitor and control the production efficiency, cost and quality, and put forward suggestions for improvement;
4. Manage and coordinate the maintenance of equipment and facilities in the factory to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and maximize the utilization rate:
5. Support the training, promotion, performance evaluation and salary optimization of production staff;
6. Ensure that the production process meets the safety, environmental and social responsibility standards of the company and laws and regulations;
7. Participate in the company's strategic planning and business development, and provide professional advice and support for production and operation;
Requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in optics, electricity and other related fields is preferred;
2. At least 3 years production management experience in related industries;
